Log into your MakerBazar account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.
Documentation & Verification
Upload clear photos or a short video of the electronic component showing the defect or the incorrect item received to help our technical team verify the claim.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and box to prevent any electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.
Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse receives and inspects the item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
